Executive in the area of Sustainability and external affairs, Environmental Engineer, with an academic degree of Master and specialization courses in Chile and abroad. Professional development in strengthening sustainability issues, especially in Mining Companies, manages the strategies of environmental instruments (EIA, DIA, CP), managing to approve them by the environmental authority. He works in coordinating the updating and development of strategic permits (DGA (water), SNGM (mining), CMN (archeology), as well as sectoral permits, gradually complying with legal requirements. He leads the environmental compliance of the Company. He develops sustainability reportability to authorities, investors, owners, international institutions and civil society (for example Sustainability Report), positioning the company with the industry standard in reportability. He supports the management of local communities and collaboration in the delivery of information. It works with environmental authorities Environment Superintendency (development of Compliance Plans), Environmental Assessment Service, Environment Ministry (both at regional and national level), also with Regional and Local Government, achieving compliance and obligations with the authorities, as well as improving institutional relations . He manages Due Diligence analysis and development of strategic guidelines for Sustainability in Projects and Engineering, developing a follow-up of the applicable environmental regulations, commitments and measures, thus complying with what is required by internal procedures as well as by the respective authority.
