Maria Ines Miranda

I am a Forestry Sciences graduate and co-founder of INNOVATURE, a company dedicated to connecting impact investors with the entrepreneurial ecosystem across Latin America. I also serve as a Trustee at Tree Sisters in the UK, working towards large-scale reforestation efforts. With over 20 years of experience in sustainable development, I have worked in 27 countries worldwide, focusing on social innovation to address global inequalities. I am passionate about advocating for human rights and environmental protection through creative approaches and entrepreneurship. As a speaker and regional coordinator for the International Sustainable Management Training Program, I have helped train the next generation of sustainability leaders in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Additionally, I specialize in FSC certification and ethical standards, and I have expanded my work to the mining and wine sectors, promoting ethical practices in both industries. I am also a graduate of the BOW program, which develops the next generation of women directors, an alumni of Founder Institute, and a member of the advisory board for Village Capital Latin America.
