María Jose Soler

Hi! I am María Jose, graduated as an Information Systems and Management Control Engineer from the University of Chile, and Digital Customer Experience Diploma. Currently working in Antofagasta Mineral developing mining for a better future; after my enriching experience at Rappi Turbo, Rappi’s Quick eCommerce vertical; where I learned that truly, nothing is impossible. I thrive in high-performance teams within customer-centric organizations that are committed to sustainable development and have a global vision. I enjoy contributing my knowledge and ideas in a high-performance team, to drive impactful results and continuous growth. Previously, I worked for two years at KPMG Chile, in the Deal Advisory area, advising clients from various industries and cultures, mostly carrying out Financial Due Diligence Reports. Also, I worked in the Corporate Finance area at SACI Falabella and did a project in the Sales area at Autofact Chile. ⚜ After 10 years with the Association of Guides and Scouts, I have honed strong skills in teamwork, leadership, and people management, along with expertise in project management and achieving optimized results with limited resources. I am currently learning Italian and German with the help of Poliglota.
