In ImplementaSur I develop climate risk assessment, analysis of the financial impacts of these risks based on future climate scenarios, and indicators and metrics of exposure and vulnerability to these risks. I have guided different sectors of the national industry by building emission reduction pathways that allow them to align with global sustainable development goals, aiming to catalyze climate action and increase their mitigation ambitions. In this process, I assess barriers and enabling conditions around climate finance needs, design institutional and policy recommendations, and investment plans to mobilize capital towards emission reduction targets.
